Our
project
Four unique Champagne wines, appreciated not only for their distinctiveness,
but also for their exclusivity and refined art of assemblage.
THE IDEA
A line of exceptional Premier Cru Champagne wines, resulting from a fortunate combination of determination, entrepreneurial vision, and the experience of a small cave de la Montagne de Reims, a chosen partner with whom to share the values of quality and refinement that characterize the philosophy of Martin des Orsyn.
Research
The project comes to fruition thanks to years of research and refinement in selecting the finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes grown among the slopes that surround the villages of Sermiers and Chamery, down to the Vallée de la Marne.
It is in the characteristic underground cellars of the Montagne de Reims that the four Martin des Orsyn cuvées are born. The result of care, dedication and industriousness, symbolized by Saint Dagobert’s heraldic bee featured on the neck tag of each bottle.
The new look
The uniqueness of Martin des Orsyn lies not only in the style of the assemblage, but also in the iconic and colorful design of its bottles. The strong color component is a hallmark that expresses its creator Martino Zanetti’s connection with the world of colors and feelings.
The colorful strokes, with energetic and cheerful nuances, stand out against a luxurious black monochromatic background that elegantly enhances the design.
Each wine is identified by a different color, recalling its distinctive traits: blue for the nobility of Grande Réserve, pink for the elegance of Rosé, green for the freshness of Tradition, and gold for the exclusivity of Millésime.
A symbol of artisanal industriousness, St. Dagobert’s heraldic bee becomes the emblem of Martin des Orsyn Champagne, drawing a deep connection with “Colle di San Dagoberto”, the historical name of the hill where Col Sandago stands, a source of inspiration for the winemaking art of the winery of the same name and Martino Zanetti’s paintings.
The bee, a perfect symbol of nature’s rhythm, disappears in winter to reappear in spring, symbolizing eternal rebirth: a cycle that is also reflected in grapes and wine.
